Designed to optimize the hiring process for nurses and healthcare professionals, Arrow provided recruiters with an intuitive platform to manage applications, schedule interviews, and collaborate seamlessly with hiring teams. With its advanced features and customizable options, this innovative tool streamlined recruitment, helping Nucleus Healthcare attract and retain top-tier talent in the healthcare industry.

Problem:
Nucleus Healthcare struggled with an inefficient and time-consuming hiring process for nurses and healthcare professionals, making it difficult to attract and retain top talent amid a nationwide nurse shortage. With no way to process an influx of leads, the company struggled meet growing staffing demand and place healthcare workers into open positions. Recruiters lacked a way to efficiently communicate amongst themselves regarding the large pool of talent with which they were working, leading to wasted time, mismatching job descriptions for the same position, and giving them no real ability to analyze and optimize their hiring efforts.

Arrow enabled recruiters to efficiently manage and track applicants, schedule interviews, and collaborate with hiring teams—all within a single, intuitive platform. With its features like a universal job description library, outlook integration, “My Tasks” objective pipeline, and customizable a dashboard, Arrow streamlined the things slowing recruiters down.
