Problem:
Phlebotomists and nurses struggled with inefficient and error-prone sample collection and documentation processes, leading to delays, miscommunication, and potential inaccuracies in patient records. The manual transfer of patient data increased the risk of errors, while the lack of a streamlined system made it difficult to ensure proper chain of custody for collected samples. These challenges not only slowed down workflows but also compromised the accuracy and reliability of patient care.
